AI generated Indian porn is everywhere now, and most of it has a problem: it is made from real women's photos without asking. Ours is made the other way round. Every heroine is invented from scratch, every picture of her is drawn by AI, and every clip is made from her own pictures. Here is exactly how, and what that means for what you see.
Step one: a heroine who does not exist
Each heroine starts as a written character: her age, her city, her job, her look, her story. Riya is a 28-year-old night RJ in Bandra; Shalini is a 43-year-old hotelier on Marine Drive. An image model then draws her, keeping the same face and body in every picture. No real person's photo goes in.
Step two: the clip
An image-to-video model takes one of her pictures and animates it into a silent loop of about four seconds: a braid swinging, a saree pallu slipping, a slow look back over her shoulder. The loop ends where it starts, so it plays smoothly on repeat.
Step three: a person checks it
A person looks at every picture and clip before it goes live. Anything broken goes, anything that changes her face goes, and anything that reads younger than a grown woman goes. Every heroine is between 28 and 49.
